Experience. Care. Expertise.

Meet Cherelle

Cherelle has 15 years experience as a physiotherapist having graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Queensland in 2007.

Passionate about helping people, Cherelle is a working Mum who has trained in a variety of physiotherapy methods and takes a ‘whole body’ approach to helping her clients.

‘’I believe in looking at the body holistically rather than specific areas in isolation. This includes assessing and treating nerves, muscles and joints. I also have a clinical interest in nutrition and lifestyle. I am passionate about helping everybody’’

As well as assisting people recovering from injuries, Cherelle can help reduce pain enabling people to gain more mobility and live a happier, painfree life. Cherelle particularly enjoys helping mums during and after pregnancy.

‘’As a working mum of two children myself, I really love meeting other mums and helping them return to sport and exercise postpartum. I have a relaxed home clinic in Redlynch so my clients can feel at ease during their consultation.’’

When not at work, Cherelle enjoys family time, being outdoors, dining on good food, walking and camping.

Getting You Competition Ready

Cherelle has prepared athletes for the Olympics, International Powerlifting competitions, Ninja Warrior, Tough Mudder  and National Rowing Championships.

Having lived and worked overseas, one of Cherelle’s career highlights was being the sole physiotherapist for a girls rowing training camp in Italy. The squad went on to win the national title.
